		<description>The Ibori outcome is particularly disappointing but unfortunately not shocking.

I think that yar&#039;Adua had an opportunity and maybe still does to do things differently. I only hope he doesn&#039;t worsen things for Nigeria so that someday a collection of leaders that truly want to and are capable of improving Nigeria drastically will have a chance.
