Nigeria is not a developing country, it is an under developed country as it was previously described before the world became politically correct. Having spent 25 years visiting and working in Nigeria I have never seen any "development" that lasted longer than the "guarantee period" of new works funded via a loan from the world bank and other loan agencies.
